120 minute Massage and Intuitive Insight

Service Description

This is a combination of both massage and intuitive insight. Session holds space for personalized 120 minute massage that may include techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, or Craniosacral Massage. In addition, 30 minutes is given to intuitive work. The intention is to deepen the awareness of relationship between mind and body. This time is directed by the client's sharing, and may include gentle yoga, compassionate dialogue, guided/shared meditation, chanting, song, and/or simple breathing techniques, Client can include the intuitive insight portion at the beginning or end of the session.
