Service Description

Client is invited to come in before or after the Bodywork session. This time is directed by the client's sharing, and may include gentle yoga, compassionate dialogue, guided/shared meditation, simple breathing techniques, and/or intuitive listening. The session aims to acknowledge the deeper interactions of the mind and body, and therefore gain greater insight. Please text me @704-449-2204 if you are in need of financial support for this service. I believe in making this work/experience accessible for anyone who may want or need it. Also feel free to inquire about last minute, afternoon, or weekend sessions that may not be posted on my online schedule.
