Service Description

Client is invited to come in before or after the Bodywork session. This time is directed by the client's sharing, and may include gentle yoga, compassionate dialogue, guided/shared meditation, simple breathing techniques, and/or intuitive listening. The session aims to acknowledge the deeper interactions of the mind and body, and therefore gain greater insight.
